Villa Tigilgit is a luxury villa with Chef, Maintenance staff, Guards, Masseuse, Gym, Pool, Hammam and many other services that will make your stay unforgettable.

The construction represent more than 1000 square meters of living space, 70.000 square meters of land.

The two Villas (on the same property) include:

2 double rooms, with a slightly more simplistic decoration.

The first villa has a large living room, two luxurious suites with private gardens, a kitchen and a small service courtyard, a swimming pool, a commissary and a laundry room.

The second villa has a living room, a luxurious suite with private gardens and a small pool, three luxurious double bedrooms, a kitchen with its service yard.
The outside and the wellness area includes two double rooms, on request with a slightly more simplistic decoration, a lounge, a coffee area, a fitness center, a massage room, a hammam with a rest area and a changing room. Two patios with trees decorate the area.
On request, we can add those two double rooms.

The property is located in Skoura, famous for its many kasbahs nestled in a palm grove 25 km to 30 km, 30 minutes east from the airport of Ouarzazate and at an altitude of 1300m. It is a region characteristic of the architecture of oases.
Skoura is the first point of passage from Ouarzazate to the Dades gorges and the Todra valley. It is located at the place called "Tigilgilt" ("where the water flows") at 5 minutes by a track from the tarred road.

Mainly covered with about 1600 olive trees and 900 date palms, the property also contains many endemic species of the region: 430 fruit trees (fig trees, plum trees, pear trees, peach trees, pomegranate trees, bigaradiers etc. ..), various prickly pear trees, cypresses, agaves, tamarisk trees ..
