VILLA Los Monteros is a detached and magnificent villa, situated in Urbanization Los Manantiales, considered one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre. This is a great location of total tranquillity and privacy. The town centre, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are approximately less than 1km from the property.
MAIN FLOOR
-Kitchen and Dinig area: very spacious and modern kitchen with plenty of natural light,. This is a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. Among the existing appliances we find an oven, a combi refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances kitchenware and complete cutlery. There is a round table that seats up to 5 people used more for breakfast and lunch. The Dining area has a large table which seats up 12 people for those special evening meals
-Living room: tastefully designed living room that is furnished with chaise-longue, sofa, several armchairs, FULL HD TV and large windows that give views to a large terrace that overlooks the garden and pool. WIFI is available throughout the property. Very bright and spacious. There is an office area to work without fear of being disturbed.
-Toilet: a small toilet with wash basin in main floor vestibule.
UPPER FLOOR
-Bedroom A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning and ceiling fan. It also has a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, toilet, bathtub and shower.
-Bedroom B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower stall.
-Bedroom C: consists of two single beds of 80x200cm, a single bed of 90x120cm and another single bed of 105x200cm. It has air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe and large windows that provide plenty of light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub which shares with bedroom D.
-Bedroom D: consists of two single beds of 90x200cm, with windows that provide a lot of light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub which it shares with bedroom C. It has air conditioning.
BASEMENT
- Area that has a practical gym to exercise. There is an office area to work without fear of being disturbed.
OUTSIDE
We have a large plot surrounding the entire house, highlighting all of the following areas:
- Garden and pool area, has sunbeds and several seating areas. Ideal to cool off in summer or at any time of the year for the most daring swimmers. Ping Pong table is available for the whole family to enjoy.
- Barbecue and dining area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on a charcoal or wood-fired barbecue, where you can enjoy a pleasant outdoor meal on a table for up to 8 people.
- Relaxation area with seating and chaise longue.
- Separate pool house with office for work, sofa, air conditioning and bathroom.
There is internet installation and Wifi connection available in the house.

Villa Smile has a perfect location. It is 15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Malaga airport and 2 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre. The villa las a capacity for 10 people, 180m2 built area, 700m2 plot, its comfortable and very cosy. It consist of 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning and heating. The main floor has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a 140x200 bed, fitted wardrobes, large windows that give a lot of light and a ensuite bathroom, with a shower tray. The second bedroom, has two beds of 90 x 200, fitted wardrobe and windows. he third bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, fitted wardrobes, fully equipped with a bathtub and it has windows with views of the garden and pool. On the top floor, we can find a large bedroom with 3 beds. One double (140 x 200) and two singles (90 x 200). On this same floor we can find a large living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV which features Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime. A dining room with a table for 10 people and large windows with access to a beautiful terrace with a table for 6 people overlooking the pool. There is a high speed WIFI connection throughout the house. Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat out (you have a lot of restaurants next to the property) you might feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Villa Smile has a very practical kitchen. It has a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, ceramic cooktop, oven, various kitchen utensils, extractor fan, iron, ironing board and storage area.
