Villa Smile has a perfect location. It is 15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Malaga airport and 2 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre. The villa las a capacity for 10 people, 180m2 built area, 700m2 plot, its comfortable and very cosy. It consist of 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning and heating. The main floor has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a 140x200 bed, fitted wardrobes, large windows that give a lot of light and a ensuite bathroom, with a shower tray. The second bedroom, has two beds of 90 x 200, fitted wardrobe and windows. he third bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, fitted wardrobes, fully equipped with a bathtub and it has windows with views of the garden and pool. On the top floor, we can find a large bedroom with 3 beds. One double (140 x 200) and two singles (90 x 200). On this same floor we can find a large living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV which features Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime. A dining room with a table for 10 people and large windows with access to a beautiful terrace with a table for 6 people overlooking the pool. There is a high speed WIFI connection throughout the house. Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat out (you have a lot of restaurants next to the property) you might feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Villa Smile has a very practical kitchen. It has a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, ceramic cooktop, oven, various kitchen utensils, extractor fan, iron, ironing board and storage area. You won't need anything else! Villa Smile has a barbecue area, a non-heated swimming pool open all year round (8 x 4), sun loungers, a beautiful pergola with a dining area and many relaxation areas to enjoy a good book or just to rest.
