Modern flat in Residencial Duna Beach building, brand new and located 50 metres from the beach.
Located on the ground floor and very close to a large shopping centre with all services at hand.
Flat of about 86 square meters including terrace, consisting of 2 bedrooms but with capacity for up to 6 people:
- Bedroom A has 1 double bed 150 x 190, 2 bedside tables, 1 large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, piped music, TV with national channels and an en-suite bathroom with large shower tray.
- Bedroom B has 2 single beds of 90 x 190, 2 bedside tables, 1 large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, piped music, TV with national channels and mosquito-proof system.
- The main bathroom has a washbasin, WC and bathtub.
- The living room has a very efficient distribution and has a 135x190 sofa bed, several armchairs, dining table, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Next to the living room we have a nice american kitchen equipped with everything you may need: fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.
- The terrace is about 20 metres long with furniture for outdoor dining.
- The communal areas have a large modern swimming pool, with sun loungers in the water to relax in the sun.
- Direct access to the beach from the same building, just a few meters away you will be able to enjoy one of the best beaches in the east of Malaga.
