The location of the apartment is excellent. All local services and attractions are within easy reach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants locally. The beach is within walking distance. The apartment residents have access to two pools, one for children, and the other, larger pool for all the family. The larger pool is attended by lifeguards at all times and has nearby toilet facilities and a restaurant/bar. There are plenty of sun beds, chairs and showers. Access to the pools is via pool permit cards of which we were issued eight. The surrounding gardens are very well-kept.
There are two lifts and stairs to the apartments. Access to the apartment block is via touch-sensitive fobs and keys to the apartment itself. The apartment has a very spacious living area. The living area contains two sofas, an armchair, a swivel chair, TV stand and TV, sideboard, dining table and six chairs, two breakfast bar chairs. The middle and bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, a chair, bedside drawers, spare blankets and duvets. The fourth bedroom contains two single beds, a wardrobe and a small table. There are plenty of towels provided on the shelves. The kitchen is adequate for the apartment. There is a tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, ample cupboard space, and utensils and cutlery provided. |

Our granddaughter fell off the breakfast bar chairs, the arm rest was loose due to a missing screw. Some window blinds were broken, difficult to use. One of the sideboard drawers was loose and hard to open. No fire assembly point instructions that we could find. Middle bathroom has a large shower, but leaking, the wood on the door bottom of was rotten which meant the door did not close and would not lock post shower use becuase the wood was swollen. The toilet roll holder in the adjacent bathroom was loose and came off. The middle bedroom bed was not fitted to the headboard. A leg broke off the bed on the fourth day, fixed quickly when we contacted the management. One of the doors squeaked incessantly. The duvet cover in the front bedroom was ripped, remaining bedding did not fit bed properly. Most bedding in the apartment did not fit the beds properly and was faded. Two beds placed on the other side of the wall to the middle bedroom. Only a wobbly screen separated it from the living area, which often fell over. The “fourth room” was of little use. Air conditioning, controls for the middle and front bedrooms are located in front bedroom. Made life very difficult. Dishwasher was stained and smelling badly. Tap fitting on kitchen sink was loose. The apartment has a very tired feel. The furniture needs updating and bedding replaced. We did not get good value for the price we paid and we will not return. |
